Westminster dog park is a very large off-leash area for your dog to run. There are lots of trails to explore and enjoy the views from this dog park. It is partially fenced. The Westminster Hills Trail will take you to Mower Reservoir which may or may not have water in it. The trail is about 2 miles one way, so bring water for your dog. The entrance has shade and benches to rest while your dog plays.
